About: 
Among the double agents trying to stop Mr. Kongami’s planetary takeover, he was originally scouted for his background in mechanics. While he used to be on board with the planetary takeover, he has since learned that the organization was more corrupt than he realized. Rumor has it that he is related to a world-renowned mechanical genius, but he doesn’t like talking about it.

Personality:
Tetsuo is cautious, empathetic, and tends to stay out of everyone’s way. He puts his all into everything, whether it's planning a movie night weeks in advance or working on his next mechanical project. But despite his love and dedication to his craft, Tetsuo knows he isn’t the best and gets self-conscious about even small mistakes; admittedly sensitive to criticism. Even while fidgety and reserved, he’s reasonable and assertive when he needs to be. However, he doesn’t like being lied to and treats dishonesty as a personal betrayal.

Trivia: 
- Some of his favorite foods are pepperoni pizza, nachos, popcorn, and cola.
- Can't stay disguised for long, making him prefer to only go out at night.
- Very sensitive to the weather changes due to his metal parts.
- He has no idea how or why machine parts are stuck in him. He assumes it is related to his father's work.

Design Notes:
1. Tetsuo's undisguised ears and tail are a gradient.

2. Metal parts can be simplified as long as they are recognizable by their general shapes. Both sides of the undisguised tail has 3 eyes. No need to be exact on placement, but please try your best to keep them in their general area.

3. Undisguised ears and tail are a flesh-like texture. Even the drill shape should be vaguely fleshy.

4. Feel free to put him in other outfits that fit his personality. :D
