• When advertising a slot for trade or sale, proof of the slot belonging to you is mandatory. If your slot precedes the MYO tracker and thus is not included, please complete the prompt to transfer off-site slots.

• AFTER YOU PURCHASE AN MYO SLOT, THERE WILL BE A ONE WEEK COOL-DOWN PERIOD! You will not be able to trade/resell your slot until a week after purchasing it to prevent any cases of crypto-currency on the slots. You are allowed to gift it, however, but trading or reselling will require you to wait one week after you purchase it/receive it in a raffle/etc. Receiving the slot secondhand from a resale, a trade, etc. does not reset the cool-down.

• MYO slots can be gifted/traded/resold. Just don't resell for more than you bought! If it was traded or gifted to you, you cannot resell it.

• We no longer allow custom auctions with slots attached due to the potential for people using them to upsell their slots. Custom design auctions for Mignyans are allowed in general, but the person purchasing from you must provide their own slot.

• If asking for full resale on a slot, asking for add-ons to the full slot price is not allowed. This avoids the worth of slots being artificially inflated. Partial resale + add-ons is still A-OK!

• Gifted MYO slots cannot be resold; however, you may trade them ONLY IF the person who had gifted the slot to you is okay with it!

• Offering a free Mignyan or MYO slot with no monetary value (received from a gift or trade) in a "resale bundle" is no longer allowed to prevent upselling.

• Trading, reselling, or gifting a design means that any attached redesigns and art goes along with it. The redesign cannot be separated/duplicated into a separate character as they are both the designs of the same character, and you end up selling the design yet not selling the design and keeping it at the same time. If it is your own art and you would wish to not include it in the transfer, you have rights over your art to not include, but if you’re not offering your own art with the design in question, you CANNOT add it to the value of the Mignyan when putting it up for offers as you are not offering your art with it.

• When reselling/vouchering/accepting money offers for any pre-made Mignyans, it is mandatory to receive an appraisal from the group before accepting any cash. More information on appraisals can be found here. The monetary value of a Mignyan resets to zero after being traded.

• For vouchers, they are the treated exactly the same as resales so the same rules apply. Only count what you’ve spent + your art (except sketches). Please keep the price reasonable and not over-valued. If you are unsure of your voucher price or unsure of a person's voucher price, feel free to note the group to make sure!

• Please do not trade/resell/gift/etc. any Mignyans to users on the blacklist! There will be consequences for both parties if done so. (The blacklist is in the process of being ported to Lorekeeper.)

• Mignyan hosts can be anything so long as they have an organic brain and some natural body parts for the meat to grow on! They cannot be fully synthetic/unnatural, but parts of the host can be made up of other unnatural parts if desired.

• The undisguised form must have both teeth and eyes on the meat as a minimum! These can be placed anywhere on the design's meat, and don't need to be on every single piece of meat. You are not required to redesign Mignyans that lack either of these features, but we will ask for them to be added in if you do redesign!

• When designing your MYO, the undisguised meat form can only infect one set appearance of your host. You're allowed to create other alternate appearances/species for your host design, but the Mignyan meat form can only apply to one and cannot interchange between multiple species.

• While the Mignyan crab has more creative liberties, their appearance must match that of their rarity slot as well as the meat color!

• Hostless crabs are allowed, but a design for a future host must be submitted before the crab form.

• Unapproved MYO designs cannot be publicly shared anywhere! You must get them approved first.

• You can turn a pre-existing design into a Mignyan using a slot. If it is not your own original design, please receive permission from the original designer before turning them into a Mignyan. These Mignyan designs cannot be sold or traded separately from the original design as they are still the same character and cannot be split into two.

• You are allowed to commission other artists to design your MYO. Please credit them under "designer" when submitting your MYO.

• When designing your MYO, making copies of copyrighted characters (i.e. CBCs, kinsonas, etc.) is not allowed! You are, however, allowed to take inspiration from them.

• As a general rule of thumb, we do not allow Mignyan designs that reference real-life military regimes. We will not accept any MYOs that appear to resemble real-life regimes, and we will ask you to edit them to comply with our rules. Refusal to comply with our request or a second breaking of the rule can result in restrictions on how you're allowed to interact with the group, and multiple repeated offenses can be subject to banning.

• Mignyan slots of any rarity can be used to design "crossbreeds" with other closed species, so long as you receive approval and follow the rules of both species. An exception to this is other closed species with "parasite" themes, as Mignyan crabs are very territorial.

• Redesigns must be recognizable as the same character as the original design. Previous redesigns will not be taken into account when judging redesigns for approval.

• When redesigning, an extra part trait of uncommon rarity or above can be swapped with another extra part of the same rarity. Common traits can be added and removed freely. If you have multiples of a trait (i.e. two meat limbs on an arm and a leg, or two pairs of wings), they count as one trait. You cannot remove one set to add an additional extra part trait.

• If a design of uncommon rarity or above has no extra part traits, one extra part can be added.

• Color changes to the meat are limited to changing the saturation of the color slightly or small pattern edits to patterned meat. Using the item Meat Dye allows more drastic changes.

• If redesigning a Mignyan not created by you, make sure to check in with the original designer's rules/TOS whether or not your redesign is allowed.

• All edits to the body, including hair length/color, must be sent in as redesigns. Clothing and outfit changes do not need to be sent in. Reference sheet updates do not need to be sent in, but can be if the owner wishes to update the masterlist image.

• Crab designs may be redesigned freely and are not bound by normal redesign rules, except for mod made MYO crabs! We do not allow redesigns of those crabs due to the lack of crab redesign limits, & in order to preserve the integrity of the original design.

• Characters with marginalized identities listed in their design notes are not allowed to have those marginalized identities erased. This includes race, cultural/religious groups, disabilities, and LGBT orientations. Marginalized identities are only noted if visible on the approval image, or if asked by the designer during MYO approval. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a request to right your wrong, and refusal to do so or a second breaking of the rule will result in the Mignyan being barred from trade, resale, or use in group activities until you either void or trade the design. Multiple repeated offenses can be subject to banning.

• In regards to MYOs, only the original owner can request to add a representation note to a masterlist entry, and redesigns will not affect any of these rules. Adopt representation is decided by the designer and will not be changed by its first owner - i.e., an adopt not intended to be transgender by the designer but made so by the first owner can be made cisgender by a future owner.

• During redesigns, designs can be changed from feral to anthro or from anthro to human/kemonomimi and vice versa, as long as the overall colors and design resemble the original. The species of a humanoid or anthro design can be changed to an animal of similar class; like mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, etc. A redesign cannot go from feral to humanoid.

• Permission must be gained from the original designer to void any Mignyans, including Official and Guest Artist designs. This excludes designs by CASIN0S, as they've stated they're fine with whatever people want to do with their designs.

• Original designers' TOS must be abided by, regardless of if your void request is accepted or denied.

• In the event of a member being blacklisted, they will have a chance to trade designs before they are voided by the mod team. Designs owned and made by blacklisted users will be permanently voided, and cannot be unvoided regardless of situation.

• We will require edits alongside any void request. Features identifying the character as a Mignyan (crab, potential traits, etc.) must be removed and the character may no longer be referred to as a Mignyan. At minimum, eyes or teeth must be removed, as Mignyan designs must have both to be considered valid. You may not use or commission work of the Mignyan design unless it is reinstated.

• Voided Mignyans can only be reinstated under new ownership, or if the person who voided the Mignyan has been in possession of it for 6 months since the voiding. Voided Mignyan received from a blacklisted user may not be reinstated under any circumstances. Mignyans that cannot be unvoided will have it stated as such on their Masterlist entries. If the designer of the Mignyan voided the design initially, they must be contacted for permission to unvoid.

• Any Mignyans owned by a blacklisted user that were not designed by the user will be temporarily voided. Only the original designer will be able to unvoid them in the event that they come back into possession of the design. We will reach out to designers to let them know of the issue and that they are able to reinstate their design if they are able to repossess it.

• Mignyans do not need to be redesigned after being reinstated, but we will ask for proof of ownership/trade history to keep track.

• Voided Mignyans cannot be reinstated with a slot of a higher rarity for the purpose of upgrading them.

• Slots or designs will not be refunded in the event that you choose to void.

• Voided Mignyans' masterlist images or entries will not be taken down, altered, or changed, outside of select specific circumstances.
