An eccentric musician in a group known as the Flaming Telepaths alongside his (nonmig) friends. They create music that contains themes of mystery, science fiction and cryptids. Hugo has a doctoral degree in bioscience and loves to get elbows deep in the gruesome to sate his morbid curiosity. He can get a little silly.
