THROWBACK AND FAST-FORWARD [JANUARY 2025]

Prompt - Part 1: THROWBACK

Ahh the good ol’ days. Does your Mignyan have a memorable past? What was your Mignyan up to a few years back or even a decade ago? Is it a past they even want to remember? For part 1 of this prompt you’ll be wading your Mignyans mind and get a little nostalgic. We would like to see your Mignyan depicted as they were in the past. This prompt can be used to draw your Mignyan younger or just in a different position in life!

Prompt - Part 2: FAST-FORWARD

Let’s peer into the future to see how your Mignyan might end up. A Mignyan may grow old and wise or may have some growing up left to do, it's all a matter of perception. For part 2 of this month's prompt we would like to see your Mignyan depicted as they may be in the future. This part of the prompt can be used to draw your Mignyan older or where you may see they’ve landed in their life!

Requirements - Illustrated:

• All art must be SFW!
• Your illustration should have a scenic background - it doesn’t have to be fully detailed though! 
• Your work must reflect the prompt!
• Your work must be at minimum lined and have flat colors. If your sketch lines are clean, they will count as clean lines! Painted work is always accepted as well
• At least one undisguised Mignyan must be present in the work!
• At least 50% of one Mignyan must be visible. You may show less of others as long as one Mignyan is 50% in frame!

Requirements - Written:

• All written work must be SFW! Minor language is okay!
• Your work must be a minimum of 700 words! Going above is fine, and a bit below is okay too.
• Your work must reflect the prompt!
• Your work must feature one Mignyan, though non Mig background characters are fine.
• Please use paragraph breaks in your work! It makes it much easier for us to read.
